Your 11-day Srinagar Leh journey kicks off in Srinagar, where you’ll experience the charm of Dal Lake and Mughal Gardens before setting off on a thrilling ride through Zoji La Pass to Kargil. The adventure escalates as you make your way to Leh, exploring the mystical Magnetic Hill, the historic Pathar Sahib Gurudwara, and the awe-inspiring Sangam Point, where two rivers dramatically merge.
Next, prepare to conquer Khardung La, one of the world’s highest motorable roads, as you descend into the otherworldly landscapes of Nubra Valley. Ride camels over the Hunder Sand Dunes, marvel at the ancient Diskit Monastery, and venture to Turtuk, a stunning village rich in Balti culture.
Your journey then takes you along the Shyok River to the breathtaking Pangong Lake, where shades of blue shift with the changing sky. After a peaceful night at the lake’s edge, you’ll head to Hanle, home to one of the world’s highest astronomical observatories, before tackling the legendary Umling La Pass, standing at a staggering 19,024 ft!
