Kasol is also known as the “Mini Israel of India” because of the abundance of Israeli tourists that visit this place. The best part about this whole ordeal is that you get to gorge on Israeli cuisine because of the influence these tourists from the other side of the world have on this quaint village.

The place is popular for numerous hikes that start from here such as Kheerganga, Grahan, Chalal, and Rasol, and for longer treks as well such as Pin Parvati Pass, Sar Pass, etc. Apart from this, it is also known for its vibrant cafes situated here.

Other nearby attractions include Malana village, Kalga, Pulga, Manikaran, and sparkling waterfalls like Rudranag. Even though Kasol gets all the attention for providing serenity, there is another small peaceful village situated at the far end of Parvati Valley, where life moves at a slow pace.

The divine energy that attracts tourists from all over the country and is present in the very air of Himachal majorly comes from the Gurudwara Manikaran Sahib which attracts both Hindu and Sikh devotees all throughout the year.
